Meadow Lane Atelier
Older work, kept for reference rather than for show.
| Fifth year | Altar cloth for a village church Linen, undyed, drawn thread |
| Fourth year | Fifty bowls for a cookery school Stoneware, tenmoku |
| Fourth year | Blanket, double width Wool, natural dyes |
| Second year | Window hangings for a reading room Silk, loose weave |
| First year | The first service we were paid for Earthenware, six covers |
We photograph everything before it leaves, write down the warp and the glaze, and file the notes by year. It is less about nostalgia than about repeatability — a client came back after four years wanting the same cloth, and we could make it.
Pattern drafts and glaze recipes stay in the studio. We are happy to talk through either in person.
